Do you know a student who makes their school and community a better place? KMPS is asking YOU to nominate a deserving super-star student for KMPS Student of the Week! Students of any grade level may be nominated from kindergarten through high school! KMPS is asking teachers, counselors, coaches and community leaders to nominate a deserving student. Each KMPS Student of the Week will receive dinner at Outback Restaurants, $100 from Les Schwab Tire Center, and $100 from Bickford Ford. The following criteria is considered when selecting the student of the week: an inspiring example to others peer leadership, strong contribution to school and/or community (through volunteerism, school clubs, extra-curricular activities, etc.), and a positive attitude.
